Don't know how they handle it but E*Trade wouldn't let me place a buy online (for example, foh about a yr. ago when it was under .50 and insiders were loading up.) Always had to call and do the "permission from trading mgr. needed. This stock is on restricted list." They would never tell me why, either. Had no trouble selling it though online after a 2 bagger.

Give them a call and see what they say if you mention that E*Trade doesn't restrict online SBRH trades.
