I believe its a seperate entity which the SA affiliate just acquired 65%. It seem legitimate. Let's party!
It seems more like a new strategic alliance which just occured, so it would not be in the period of the income statement. CSCO lie, yes, but not QCOM. They have the technology, like RMBS and MCDT, and don't have to lie. If you see something I didn't, let's have a good trading day tomorrow and forget about it until afterwards
I may pick up some $36 shares after hour. Maybe a $2 bonus in the morning? Futures just turned positive.
