Did we have a big fish caught here with shares they could not deliver, even after five years and new reporting requirements coming?
Did the want\need the more then 10.000 shares to go away?
And as to shares still existing or not, maybe the status is with the revocation that they have the authorization to cover if or when this trades, but cannot do it at this point.
Still a curious episode. I doubt it was an act of random kindness.
How big and powerful are Morgan Keenan that they have to ask a retail investor to let them off of a small contractual obligation they failed to meet 5 years ago on a revoked stock?
They are either powerful and this means nothing or they are not as powerful as you think and this meant something to them.
And why does it matter to them now?
