"Debtors have agreed to modify Section 43.6(b)(3)(i) of the Plan by replacing the words “notwithstanding the provisions of Section 43.7 of the Plan” with the words “notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan or the Confirmation Order”. Based on this agreement, California Franchise Tax Board hereby withdraws its [objection] which was filed on November 18, 2010."
