I think the assumption is that since OMG has failed to bounce not only because of being oversold in relation to perceived book value, but also when the market rallied it couldnt even give the slightest bounce may mean theres another shoe about to drop..

I dumped my OMG for that reason.. would rather buy back on a break over $7.00 again..
