I guess it is pretty clear why PBEC's application for partial revocation of interim cease trade order on Dec 6th has been adjourned indefinitely.

The Sept 3 cease trade order, stated:

By opening the new Liberty website, was a violation of the Cease trade order, now there is little hope for revocation of the cease trade order. Now the cease trade order is guaranteed to stay in effect
