Absolutely! But that relates to a basic human truth, which is: Bad people don't follow the rules. This is phycological common sense. I have befriended an engineer in my area who's wisdom of this case is astounding, far greater than mine. But he is an optimist rather than a realist, and doesn't understand that unreasonable people behave unreasonably. Because of that, his weekly predictions of settlement and constant dissapointment have made me sad for him.
