The Bulls are Waiting IMO
No reason to Buy here as we have not made a complete test of Support. The markets are looking Negative so I doubt you will see anyone jump in here with their cash until there is a reason to. I would not Anticipate much upside here unless we can make it above the Intraday 20SMAs or perhaps the 50SMAs and Hold Support. The Bonds tried to do that and Failed. I would Anticipate that is what will happen with the other markets also, maybe :^)
