Doresky I certainly hope it's not but one is hard pressed to argue with your view here as it is certainly possible. I can assure you one thing though, if this falls apart there WILL be an investigation into Ike, the company, and all things related to it. Can't say it will bring anyone their cash back, but if there is fraud committed or SEC rules or other laws broken, those responsible will have their reckoning...bank on that.

But, let's hope it's not the case and that management is inept but at least law abiding. Just know there are watchdogs keeping an eye on things...
