IRIS Intl purchases BioMicro from Nanostart for $3.2 mln (IRIS) 9.39 : Co buys Nanostart holding BioMicro for $3.2 mln. With this transaction, the remaining assets of BioMicro have now been successfully sold. This new acquisition complements the IRIS product palette. Similar devices with less functionality achieve market prices between $35,000-60,000 according to company figures.
