TR,

Brian had a appointment with the auditors this morning to go over
things? Brian visited Cal yesterday and is hoping to get the 10Q out soon.

Cal is at home resting. Brian said he seems to be doing well.

As far as our previous FASC concerns, I have put them on the back burner for obvious reasons. Cal and Brian are both aware of my
"Opinions"!
