Are there lists of "good"/proven disease biomarkers?

for various diseases such as prostate cancer, melanoma, MS, ovarian cancer, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's?

People discuss whether there are valid genetic markers, but is there a database or list that indicates the presence of a disease or its spread or recurrence?

If, especially for cancer, they can't locate the exact spot of a new tumor, how much faith can you put in the increase of what is considered a biomarker as an indication that the disease is back?
