lol, we'll see, but look at those contracts they are legit and they can be up to 20 years, they can't raise that much money off of issuing more CS just install those plants, they would probably realize their best bet is the bond offering and possibly increasing PPS for APIC..it's all theory at this point, what's your take...to me if they get financing they can continue, if not, it's a wrap..
