I can not find holes in your argument Emerald. I feel much more confortable with a large concentrated MMPIQ buy than a small speculative one here.

However you probably also recognize that if they reach an agreement SOON with their creditors, the digital outcome could well play the other way. This is not an isolated development with unclear demand, and the probability of reaching an agreement having already negotiated a senior facility is higher than Zero.
