"I would not be surprised if the recent additional shares are for a new acquisition."

Are you kidding me? So tell us, what company can be bought for less than $1 million? According to Rawnoc the company has diluted by 590,000 more shares. At $1.40 per share you still only get $826,000 before transaction fees and such.

Not only that, but most companies inform shareholders about a purchase before they start dumping more shares. That way if the shareholder doesn't like the deal they can sell before it takes place.

Also, if the company had a net profit of over $6-7 million last year, why do they need an additional $826,000 to make an acquisition? They should have close to $10-15 million dollars sitting in a bank because they have been so profitable for so many years. It just doesn't add up.
