Come on. That's like entreating a scorpion not to sting, in other words, not to be what it is. By moving to Delaware, Hall of Fame restricted any remaining transparency markedly. That may be one of the reasons for the move. With a Nevada corporation, anyone with internet can freely follow online the increases in A/S and other important corporate activities such as changes in managers and directors and determination of standing.
