I'll get right on that... I'll contact the white house and get them to appoint me as "cowfart czar"... Give me a great salary with good benefits, an office and several staff so that we can go out and hire some consultants. Then we'll call in the lobbyists and get them to help us craft a new "cowfart tax" and hire some more specialists to set up software so that the tax collections can be deposited directly into the bank accounts of our constituents. I'll make sure that 10-15% of the collections are tagged for the accounts of the illegal immigrants... This will assure that they will also vote Democratic at the next election. Also, I will see to it that we hire 16,000 additional IRS employees that will enforce the new tax collections. Please allow some additional time so that Obama's speech writer has time to prepare a public announcement... We'll call it "Bullshit We Can Believe In."
