The Platinum Funding Group at 130 W 42nd St is in fact the company that sued Bergamo, Herzog, et al in New York State Supreme Court in June 2008. You said "nope". The court records show this is true. Its pretty black and white.

There are some who keep pretending to know so much, yet they avoid addressing the obvious questions about Herzog's long record of not honoring obligations to pay and his reliance on disinformation and announcements that fail to come true.

I think the bulls should stop complaining about those who believe corporate leaders need to be held to a higher standard of integrity.
