Well, we don't know for sure; that wall of 7's could be a paper tiger. The billion is just to let NIR, and anyone else convert to pay debt and expenses. We still haven't broke the magic 20 million in volume with decline in pps; that is the key. Things don't look nearly as good as a week ago, but we aren't in the shista house yet. That said; it will be a mad dash to the exits once dilution is obvious.
