I agree with you 100% on this one

You can defend him all you want, but the results of his actions are plainly evident. Everyone made money on that deal but the shareholders. It was not only mishandled, but there is a very distinct possibility that the shareholders were played and essentially sold down the river."

I get pissed off every time I think of the way that was done. We lost 90% of our shares on that one and we're down 30% from the pre RS prices now.
