I am not sure how something that happened nearly two years ago is breaking news. Tommy's testimony at the Pirate Bay trial was in February 2009, and yes there was still a Nexicon at that time. There is nothing here now. I know you don't want to hear it, but someone is going to be left holding the bag. Will it be you? Any movement up or down will have nothing to do with value.
