VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Montana Oil and Gas, Inc. (Other OTC:MOGI.PK - News), a Nevada Corporation: Montana Oil and Gas, Inc. announced a decision to explore the development of drilling programs in fields with existing production, designed to enhance the program for investors or joint venture partners. One of the most effective ways to acquire financial partners for drilling programs involves existing production of oil and or gas in these programs. While this financial tactic maybe somewhat more expensive for the company, it significantly lessens the risk for the investment group, hence encouraging financial participation as well as speeding up the process of commitment by the investment group.
Peter Sanders, Montana President stated, ``We at Montana are aggressively persuing all possible opportunities for growth and success. We believe that in many situations we will have the opportunity to include existing production in a drilling program, which will always encourage the participation of financial partners.''
