Chambers will trumpet CSCO as the locomotive is leaving the station. All on board now. Although I doubt CSCO fundamentally, but I think the spin will be positive, adding steam to the rally.

I have no doubt that NAZ will be 700 sometime in the future, but now, we will be detouring to the 1600 land first.
