Is Roche’s ‘INFORM-3’ HCV study dead after all? I think so—in VRUS’ quarterly press release issued yesterday (#msg-57047768), there is no mention whatsoever of INFORM-3 in the section of the PR on Calendar Year 2011 Anticipated Milestones.

The fact that INFORM wasn't mentioned in VRUS' PR doesn't bode well for the study. Once again the fate of INFORM is Roche's call not Pharmasset's. Last month Roche said they are moving forward with an INFORM-SVR study(RG7227 with ritonavir boosting) which should start Q1/11. What's the point of Roche mentioning INFORM-SVR if in fact INFORM is completely dead?
