We have two scenarios:

1. FDA approves their ANDA and MNTA and Novartis launch Copaxone as early as March aprox and of course TEVA would sue to block etc etc

2. TEVA looses the patent suit and MNTA/Novartis would have to wait until such time as FDA would give their blessing....another 3-4 years????

I think most people would prefer scenario 1.
