This company has nothing proprietary -- this is a dimming ballast with a light sensor tethered to it -- both items readily available long before Axis ever showed up -- also, this concoction was stolen by these guys from a company called FLEXIWATT, which developed the idea of a light sensor attached to every ballast -- actually, all lame ideas -- better off to just get dimming ballasts and daisychain a bunch to one light sensor -- makes much more sense -- anyway, they pulled their con on uneducated investors and here you are -- the flea bitten dog -- these are white collar criminals, but they will never be prosecuted for the con, but a bunch of people got fleeced.
You would be a sucker to invest anything in this company from here on out -- this dog is cooked -- well done.
