Dough,
The day's of "blantant lies and fluff", ended the day Mr. Bradley went out the door, and Mr. DiGenova took over as CEO of Quasar International Holdings.
Personally I am enjoying how Mr. DiGenova is handling the entire situation. He is working hard to clean up the mess which was left behind, and is slowly rebuilding a foundation in which, QASP can build upon successfully.
1.) He has effectively dealt with the Series A situation.
2.) He has effectively created a reasonable share structure to work with in regards to the B's & C's.
3.) He has showed the market that he is honest and sincere in providing only facts, and the Colorado SOS filings confirm this completely.
4.) He has avoided doing an RS and or an AS increase to date.
5.) He has removed Mr. Bradley's negative presence piece by piece. This can be seen in regards to the filings, and the new website.
Personally I feel as though quite a bit of progress has been made in the past seven weeks. I believe it's Mr. DiGenova's style to "under promise" and eventually "over deliver", for the company and the shareholders.
Any news in regards to funding be it a small package or a large package, will have a very significant effect on the PPS, and will really get the ball rolling.
Currently we seem to have found our bottom around the .002 area, so the next step is up from here, as the supply/demand continues to get tighter and tighter by the day.
Best Regards, Bernie
