It is interesting especially when all anyone here seems to worry about is feedstock and its cost. It should be obvious that the supply of feedstock will commence when the permit is issued.

i find this extremely interesting. and where is it they are storing it, anyways? and, if they are, is there any evidence of it? read: a photo or two?
