Thanks, not the help I hoped would be offered, but I spent months studying all of this in 2000, so I'm reluctant to just accept what I read on that site.
For one thing they talk patented gas formula.. but I think it is "patent applied for" and probably not yet even patent pending, right? Having a patent is a whole lot more than "patent request submitted".
What DD is there that supports any of what is claimed except the website itself? There is NOTHING unique in this below described approach... it was studied by the postal service and for the scares of anthrax in buildings, etc. A number of companies then claimed they had perfected methods that they applied for patents.
The AsepticSure™ hospital sterilization system is a portable, affordable, easily operated system that can be used by trained maintenance staff. It is placed in the center of the room to be cleaned. Vents and doors are then sealed with an easily and cleanly removable 3M-tape product.
The AsepticSure™ equipment is turned on from outside of the room through a remote wireless computer interface. The room is filled with a unique and patented gas formula that is ozone (O3) based to specific humidity and charge strength. Following the charge period the sterilization process is remotely turned off and a separate technology is employed that restores the atmosphere inside the room to EPA standards.
What I recall is that the potential collateral damage of this approach was too expensive and too difficult to prevent.
So, what I was hoping is to leap ahead to "what is new?" .. otherwise it is a highly competitive market without a clear and sustainable competitive advantage. If the later is the case then why will the value jump soon? This CEO has been on board for a long time.. and not much historical success is evident.. so, how good is the DD on this new claim?
Thanks again.. but hoping for more information than advice.
