Or maybe the company didn't need the cash asap and didn't want to sell 4m shares at 1.55. maybe they'd prefer to wait and hope the sp moves up for a higher proceed. goes with what they've been saying all along, to balance their cash needs with the overall market for pphm shares. yes - they've had to sell some shares at low prices to keep the lights on and the programs running. i trust management is doing what they need to do, and i wouldn't be here (like some people here) if i didn't. what's funny to me is people on here upset with selling of atm shares, and then upset that they didn't sell atm to dart to beef up "coffers" or "kitty" or whatever you want to call it. no win with this group. all imo
