True Billy but for a company to have that mentallity and do what has been done with this company in regards to dumping, lieing, etc. It just sceams of SCAM.

If HPON stops the dilution, puts out Financials, and reports real income (not share sales) then the PPS will skyrocket with holding power. The R/S will cause a spike but it will be very very short lived regardless of the Financials, income, etc.

It took HPON over two years to dig the hole they are in (90% of the hole digging has been done since the shareholders meeting) they can not fix the mess in 30 days and a R/S. It is going to take time to build confidence and respect for the company and its management. A R/S pop to the big boards and a quick boot off of them will distroy any hope of that ever happening.
