Look at TFCY. They had a website called prizewise and a ton of other things including trade shows and demos to congress. Turned out to be a total scam. They did a R/S and a name change at the same time. Within a week they were worse off then they were before the R/S. All the companies they held turned out to be owned by family members and the whole thing is one hugh mess. The SEC suspended them last week and is far from done with them. Just looking at the company on the cover nobody would have ever imagined they were a total scam. Guess what? They were. And in spite of all there troubles and now being exposed they are about to pass HPON with there PPS. That should speak volumes about HPON.
