Math, think about it. A R/S has got to happen. They will file financials soon. Within 90 days of doing that they plan to come off the pinks. I say 90 days because you can't have stale financials and get off the pinks. I say R/S also because they won't be able to get off the pinks at a tenth of a penny. It just can't happen so the R/S must happen. With any luck we will see lots of revenues and that will drive the PPS up. All the BS about shorts shorting also goes away. The stock should perform accordingly.
