GM options launch on CBOE Holdings Inc.'s Chicago Board Options Exchange and the International Securities exchange on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Exchange rules require five trading days with the stock trading above $3 to establish a trading history and legitimacy of a stock before options can be listed.
