IMO Tustin should be getting financial updates from CTL. If not, why not.
If they aren't furnishing anything then that would be a violation of the agreement unless Peregrine just said "Hey guys, you don't have to furnish us any financial info. we'll take ya at your word."

Will our stake in Medio via CTL be another fiasco like the rest of the China deal? We get Zip.
