Eastern Capital Fund Ltd is registered as a public mutual fund under the Mutual Funds Act, 1996 (No. 6 of 1996) of the British Virgin Islands under certificate number PU00/139. The fund is open-ended in structure; shareholders may subscribe to and redeem shares on a monthly basis.
