*Crude oil looks to have broken $55 with conviction, it's now 55.40 (+.81) and the markets are beginning to show weakness, although the resiliency of these markets amidst high energy prices still exists to this minute, but I'm concerned that it will end in due time though and soon... CNBC had a good fact today that I must credit them with saying 9 of the past 10 recessions were preceded by high energy prices...
