the examiner who wamu shareholders begged for has already decided that Wamu was a failed bank that needed to be shut down and sold by the FDIC what then.


Actually the examiner stated that the bank was most likely solvent in his report.
JPM has also stated many months ago that they believe that the bank was solvent.
