Well, Zeev, if it makes you feel any better, that gravestone doji is not perfect, as it has a bit of a lower shadow. That may take away a bit of the phantom power to the darkside. We'll see.

The way this was formed was similar to one seen last in mid-February 2001. That was during options expiration week, and marked a high, hitting Max Pain. (some chartists called it "irrational exuberance" <G>). We're in a similar situation, as we're in a very delicate time frame prior to the election. We'll see if we get the same result.

That Feb 2001 high was a break in the middle of a downtrend. This is the top of an uptrend, so the gap up appears a bit awkward. However, if it does prove to be a topping candle that pushes us towards a re-test of the lows, it will be one that we will remember for a long time.
