But, the evidence I can provide was that temporary video by Bovell which outlined their interest in a West African property going from S. Africa to the far north to Ghana. That's my evidence, and while you might claim that you did not see that video, I am sure you did before they took it down.

As for evidence regarding SEC granting the CTR, as I said, the CTR itself may be confidential, and hence no evidence is required. Only the fact that it can be done LEGALLY totally decimates your argument that material information must be released. And that's enough.
