because the tape says so, as well as the volume. this stock has traded well over 600 mil shares in recent days and has barely gone up, considewring the number of shares traded. i think that the company has just simply polluted the market with stock and has nothing to support a higher stock price. sounds like the asian exec behind this is just another scam artist imho.
