The trading action on November 9th and 10th was a test; a test to see how liquid the market for NCEN might be.

Some of you might recognise the name "Stan Weinstein"; Stan was one of the early technical gurus of the 70's, 80's, 90's. One of the things Stan liked to look for was what he called "The Big Move... before the BIG MOVE".

What this looked like was a sudden, out-of-nowhere price jump on large volume. Yeah, there was news, but this was more than just the usual "news jump" sort of move.
