There are two issues, a hand dryer vs paper (energy and environment wise, beats paper hand down), the beauty of this system, it is more energy efficient than other dryers and does a job three times better (I have an old principle in new product development, be twice as good a half the price if you want to rapidly capture market share, unfortunately, we did not meet the half the price criterion, so it will take to capture market share).
