Bill, what you say may well be true. I'm just fishing around for a REASON why Jack would
WANT to be a member of the NVEI BOD if, as noised about here, the company is a block from the Alms house and closing fast. And, at the same time, yrs trly is trying to be as within the bounds of reason as possible. Now, reason comes in many shades, so what may be reasonable to me, etc., etc. After all, we have here a respected member of the banking community, with training/information re telecoms, and here he is, on the board. What's going on? It's neither fish nor fowl, so what's the explanation? He reads balance sheeets as well or better than most people here and must be aware of NVEI's parlous state, and yet he accepts a seat on the board. Either something (????) is "up", or he should find better things to do with his time...
