Not what I am hearing, the decline is semi's sales in January and February seems to be much smaller than the normal seasonal decline. If you read TXN report it is not really guiding down, one segment only is a little problematic due to inventory problems, INTC seems to have held inventories in check. Readings from Taiwan indicate that the modern fabs are almost at full capacity and even with the older fabs utilization rates are in the 85% range. These are all good numbers that lead me to believe INTC will guide higher. (AMD's pain is INTC' gain?).
