EW, no I'm not kidding. I can make a distinction between intentional misleading on the part of management and chronic ineptitude. It appears there may be a strong case for both. However, I find one circumstance more heinous than the other. I also have serious reservations about some of management's actions which I know are legal.

I just think it would be good to know if there are any provable out and out lies. If anything can be proven (in court) then it needs to happen in my opinion. So far I have seen nothing, but I am no attorney.

Spokeshave's list is pretty comprehensive and looms large when it comes to evaluating the management. I would just like to know which of those events, if any, resulted from illegal activity.

I think there are enough here with the resources to cause legal and/or financial problems for anyone in management who believes shareholders should be manipulated by fraud.

Don't be offended by the question, just consider all implications.

By the way, I think the Good Lord did give me enough sense to not bear false witness. I expect management to do the same, if not because it make sense, then because it's the law.

Have a good one yourself.
