1. How much does it cost to get the single-issue copy of BM that features DNDN?

I believe it's in the $50 to $65 range. I'm a 6-month subscriber to BTM and I pay $275 for everything, which includes their monthly newsletter, the archives, and the alerts.

2. What is the info in the link at the bottom that does not work properly? Can we substitute something from another source such as DNDN’s own website?

Yes, the www.dendreon.com website could be substituted, but the BTM November issue explains things even better.

3. I think links to the Wells Fargo webcast and the ASCO-timed DNDN CC should be added to your file. Do you agree?

I agree. One distinction between these two webcasts: in the 2/22 DNDN cc about the ASCO presentation, Dr. Gold indicated that due to 9902A's smaller trial size, they don't expect it to be stat sig by itself, although the survival data is "similar" to 9901's. In the Wells Fargo cc last week, Gold said 9902A survival is "very similar" to 9901. Basically, a 4-month benefit with twice as many 36-month survivors might not be quite enough for stat sig in 9902A, but it's pretty obvious that this type of result will be supportive of 9901 and DNDN would file the BLA on the pooled data.
