I spoke with the accountant who does the filing, Steve Morse
late today and he said that they hope to file before Thanksgiving.
It is not being filed today, in any case. it seems to me that
they are waiting to close a deal and don't want to file because
the 10k has information about that deal. That's IMO totally
. It fits the company stealth policy and I am sure it is as
galling to management as it is to investors. Well, almost. Keep
the Faith, better days are coming!
