A few folks have PM'd me asking for a copy of the PUC order that denies PSNH a re-hearing. I can't answer PM's, so this will need to suffice.

The Order (#25,168) is not yet available electronically via the PUC website. I have seen a printed copy, and it is as described. It should be available for public viewing in the next couple days, but in short PSNH needs to disclose the financials (including all redacted information) or appeal to the NH Supreme Court.
