Here is the info about the r/s:

From their latest 10QSB of 2/14/06:

"On November 4, 2005 the Company announced it has executed a 1 for 4 reverse split of its Common shares effective November 4, 2005,
resulting in 12,912,069 shares issued and outstanding after the reverse split."

This document also stated there were 50 million authorized. They had some pretty nice revenues coming in before they disappeared into pinky-land.
